If you have a Bridgeport style milling machine with an R8 taper in your workshop, you have to have a collect holder and collet set. Many collet holders on the market lack a hardened and ground body for longevity of use and are over priced. The locking rut screws firmly to the body and collets have a snug fit inside to ensure your tool is accurately secured during machining.

Anthony Hearne Quality bit of equipment at a great price. Replaced a cheaper unit that I purchased via ebay that was usless as it was ground non concentric such that the cutter ran out over 010" out of round.
